During drops or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Pre-Order Items

Some Purpose products are released as pre-orders.
If your item is a pre-order, the estimated production and delivery timeline will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Please note:

Production time usually ranges from 4 weeks depending on the item.

Your order will ship as soon as production is completed.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, delivery generally takes:

France: 2–4 business days

Europe: 5–8 business days

Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carriers and peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped.

Wrong Addresses

Please make sure your address is accurate.
Purpose is not responsible for packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If this happens, you may be asked to pay reshipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos if applicable. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
