1. Purpose of the Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made on the Purpose website.
By placing an order, you accept these Terms without reservation.

2. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible.
Minor variations in color or size may occur due to screen settings or production factors.

Some items are sold in pre-order. Production and delivery timelines are indicated on each product page.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€).
Shipping fees are added at checkout.
Purpose reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but orders will be charged at the price active at the moment of purchase.

4. Orders

To place an order, the customer must provide accurate information (name, address, email…).
Purpose reserves the right to cancel any order in case of fraud or payment issues.

A confirmation email is automatically sent after each purchase.

5. Payment

Payments are secure through Shopify’s payment solutions (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.).
No credit card information is ever stored by Purpose.

6. Shipping

Shipping and delivery times are detailed in the “Shipping Policy.”
Purpose is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

7. Pre-orders

For pre-orders:

Production generally takes 4 weeks, depending on the product.
Delays may vary.
Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery, if the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-order items are non-refundable once production has started, except if the product is defective.

9. Defective Products

If an item is defective, the customer must contact Purpose within 14 days with a photo of the issue.
A solution will be offered (exchange, refund, etc.).
